Group Leader (Night shift)

Mission

Guarantee proper inspection, material handling, and ensure on time delivery for finish product. Maintain functional operation through supervision and managemente of operational personnel.

Job Responsibility

• Maintain and foster productive working relations with the associates.
• Support payroll administration for associates
• Maintain and distribute the current associate informations, skill matrix, KPI.
• Identify hazards and opportunities for safety improvements.
• Lead training sessions
• Coordinate shipments to customer 100% in compliance with our standardized work.
• Manage associates PTO and overtime
• Audit the inspection process to make sure team members are following it.
• Offer ideas for improvement of all systems and help implement them.

Requirements

• High school education
• Experience in logistics, traffic, inventory control, storage, people management
• Proficient computer, production control tools, Office
• Understanding of OSHA / EPA / ANSI
