Overview

The Digital Content Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing all web maintenance, SEO, email and digital ad campaigns, photography & videography needs for each of Metalcraft of Mayville’s divisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with each division’s management and sales team to create content that aligns with Metalcraft’s overall marketing strategy
• Build and publish content to division websites
• Coordinate with marketing team to evolve employer branding and present Metalcraft as the areas employer of choice
• Manage each division’s websites and keep up to date with updated content (information, photos and videos)
• Answer, log, and forward general web inquiries
• Create and send out periodic e-newsletter with market, and company and product updates
• Manage employer reputation on Glassdoor, Google, etc.
• Manage relationships with vendors and agencies
• Generate monthly s on key recruitment marketing metrics
• Assist in meeting, trade show, and plant visit/tour planning
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred but not required
• Drone pilot license, or willingness to obtain
