Primary Functions

Ensure the store’s effective operation and service the customer base’s needs.

Operate the store, including budgets and profitability.

Maintain effective customer relationships.

Job Functions

Provide consistent, superior service by ensuring that all customer needs are recognized and

serviced, and satisfaction is always maintained.

Achieve sales/budget targets, which include attention to maintaining stock control, gross

margins and managing cost budgets.

Supervise and contribute to all aspects of running the store including selling, purchasing,

quoting, telesales and material handling.

Maintain store safety, tidiness, and orderliness.

Ensure all procedures relating to maintenance of equipment are followed.

Train and supervise employees, ensuring that they are aware of and adhere to policies and

procedures.

Prepare employee assessment reviews for each staff member at least once annually. This

function will include recommendations for salary increases, promotions, demotions,

dismissals, etc.

Perform other duties as directed by the Franchisee.
