First year sales reps for our company make between $80,000 to $120,000 and very possibly more! Veterans of 3- 5 years average $150,000 to $175,000. The top producer last year made so much he can hardly stand it ($248,000)! The bonus plan for the top producers includes a dream trip for two every year!
