Meta Hiring for Global Curriculum Manager at Austin, TX Full Time

Meta is looking for an experienced Global Curriculum Manager to join the Business Learning team (BizLearn). The team supports Meta Business Group, our sales, marketing, and client service organization. In this position you will partner with Program Managers, Client Engagement teams, Production & Operations, and subject matter experts to develop effective learning plans that drive business impact through product and tools education, sales enablement, and client service outcomes.You will work with teams to define audience needs and design and curate solutions to achieve performance and business goals. Based on our persona strategy, you will design and curate solutions that support our full-time employee and outsourced agent audiences.

Responsibilities:
Partners with BizLearning and cross-functional subject matter experts to develop and maintain the curriculum strategy for one or more of our core learning pillars, including maintaining project communications and timelines

Architect curriculum based on a matrix aligning agent personas to the skills and knowledge required for success

Consult with project teams to address complex business and performance problems with creative learning solutions

Build and maintain a library of content aligned with pillar curriculums, providing consultation on the best solutions to support learning goals

Partner with Design and Development on all instructional design and content development

Manage requests through the Task system, ensuring that timely updates are provided

Partner with Program Management to determine the best approach to address business needs with learning solutions (updates to existing programs, create new programs, etc.)

Partner with Systems and Data to ensure systems are aligned with curriculum strategy and program offerings, ensuring that they have a proper time to execute

Role requires 20% travel (when safe to do so)

Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years experience as a Learning and Development professional with experience in instructional design, performance consulting, or a related field

Experience designing and implementing learning programs that include multiple components and modalities

Demonstrated experience in needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills
