The successful candidate will lead the Global Workforce Solutions team and will be responsible for identifying and scoping process, tooling and/or data solutions that will optimize our global scaled reviewer workforce, and enable our ops teams to develop best-in-class capabilities. We then partner across operations and cross functional teams to deliver. Once deployed, we aim to build an engaged community of product users and provide excellent support and system stability.
This director will be a thought leader who excels at talent development and communication, can provide vision and forward-looking strategies that inspire their teams, and oversee execution in a dynamic environment. They will effectively influence strategic investments and roadmaps to drive innovation to improve our scaled workforce effectiveness. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading strategic, innovative and world-class work and teams in operations technology and tooling fields. Demonstrated success proactively building net-new capabilities and teams, growing & developing a diverse group of leaders, and building strong and lasting collaborative relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions.
Director of Workforce Solutions Responsibilities:
Provide strong and visionary leadership to your teams, enhance and develop trust and commitment to impact
Proactively identify and build ‘next generation’ capabilities to help scale and optimize humen review capabilities for Global Operations across Meta’s family of apps & services
Partner with global leaders, HR, L&D & Recruiting to develop and execute on a holistic people strategy to attract, retain and develop top talent and role model leadership best practices
Cultivate strong and lasting collaborative relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions across the company, including product, engineering and data science
Influence cross-functional roadmaps and strategic investments as an advocate for our community and businesses across product, process, systems, data/analytics
Drive continuous improvement, step-change innovation, goal alignment and execution planning to deliver on immediate and long-term goals and objectives
Actively engage as a member of the global leadership team for cross-cutting strategic, operational and people initiatives
Minimum Qualifications:
12+ years of experience managing operations in domains such as tools, technology, data analytics, process engineering
Extensive people management experience, including managing and developing leaders and managing remotely across a globally distributed team
Proven track record of attracting talent, and scaling and developing high performing teams
Thought leadership: Strategic thinker with proven track record of transforming operations through innovation and long-term strategies for continuous improvement
Communication: Experience influencing global cross-functional leaders as an advocate for FB community
BS/BA Degree or higher
