Responsibilities:
What you’ll do:
Customer Service Representative is responsible for the liaise with customers, both internal and external, to ensure exceptional Customer Experience and support team members as required:
Logged in and prepared to answer inbound calls from customers in a professional manner at a scheduled start time
Placing orders for customers received via multiple systems and technology
Confirming accurate information to customers based on product availability and delivery.
Researching information using multiple resources.
Providing customers with product and service information
Resolving customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner
Prepare quotes and order confirmations
Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with internal and external customers
Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and skill sets
Qualifications:
What it takes:
Minimum Grade 12 education, College diploma or equivalent experience
Strong PC keyboarding skills: Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to details, time management and decision-making skills
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically while working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work in a cross functional environment
Relationship building skills
Passion for helping others
Multi-tasking skills, showcased using several applications
Assets to have:
Ability to work in the SAP environment
Bilingual (English and French)
