As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in sharing the mission that drives us – creating high-quality, innovative weather solutions that improve aviation safety worldwide. This is a full time, on-site position at our Rancho Cordova, CA facility.

Responsibilities:

• Assume responsibility for creating, updating, and maintaining all marketing collateral to keep our brand message fresh and consistent.
• Support the creation and execution of effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to inform our marketing strategies.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns, focusing on maximizing reach and ROI.
• Develop compelling messages about our AWOS products for distribution across various marketing channels, including social media, email, print, and conferences.
• Work with the sales team to ensure marketing campaigns align with sales objectives.
• Collaborate with our technical writing team to improve SEO and enhance our online visibility.
• Create engaging visual content using graphic design tools, including infographics, videos, and images that resonate with our audience and amplify our brand.
• Maintain a strong company online presence through regular website updates and creation of engaging digital content.
• Other tasks related to marketing and sales, as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles and digital strategies, including SEO and social media.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools and MS Office
• Creative and detail-oriented, with a strong aesthetic sense.
• Proven ability in producing high-quality visual content.

Preferred:

• 1-3 years of marketing experience
• Experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.

Additional Information

Mesotech offers a comprehensive and generous benefits program including health insurance, PTO, and 401k. The base pay range for this position is $54,000 – $72,000 per year DOE. All personal information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
