Mesa Moving and Storage Hiring for Inside Sales Representative at Remote Full Time

Job Summary

The Inside/Virtual Sales Representative is responsible for soliciting and confirming the sale of packing, handling, storage, and local and long-distance moving services to household goods customers. This key position prepares the estimates within Mesa’s pricing parameters and facilitates the closing of the sale with the customer. This position also supports Mesa’s In-Market Residential Sales Representatives and qualifies new leads, sets appointments and works within Mesa’s CRM – Hubspot – to ensure proper tracking of sales lead to booking.

Requirements

• Ability to pursue and close leads for new residential business
• Proven experience collaborating with potential customers to develop a relocation solution to close the sale
• Communicates appropriately to management, in-market sales representatives, customer service and other team members to grow Mesa’s residential customer base
• Ability to evaluate leads’ requests for services beyond those currently offered and advising Mesa of the opportunity to expand services and revenue.
• Willing to utilize the networking and training benefits available through Mesa, UniGroup and industry-sponsored learning opportunities and events
• Keeps current on company business by reading memorandums, directives, minutes of meetings, and revised policies and procedures.
• Establishes and maintains effective communications and working relationships with co-workers, visitors, and the public by communicating in an open, direct, sensitive and tactful manner, expressing ideas logically, clarly, completely and concisely, minimize defensiveness, remain objective, demonstrate good stress management, and utilize logical problem-solving techniques.
• Good business math, PC literacy, written and oral communications skills in English (Spanish, if possible), and task coordination.
• Experience with Hubspot CRM preferred, but not required
• Combination of seated and standing, full use of arms, hands, legs, hearing, vision, and voice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
