Mesa Electronics, Inc., is looking for a Service Coordinator to join our growing organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Fields service calls from customers and performs initial troubleshooting for Audio Visual components

Coordinates with scheduling team, purchasing and customer to set up repair date

• Creates, distributes and processes job tickets for invoicing

Tracks shipping and receiving of parts needed for service calls

Records customer interaction and details of actions taken

• Coordinates with customers and Purchasing to process RMAs

Follows-up with customer to ensure user satisfaction with service provided

Prepares cable TV agreements and processes cable TV activations

• Receives and converts purchase orders for A/V projects to job tickets

Provides administrative support for RFP creation

Creates estimates for small jobs and box sales

• Complete Waivers of Lien forms

Updates and maintains warranty programs for customers and suppliers

Project and Company Wide Insurance duties

• Answers phones and sets up conference calls

QUALIFICATIONS

· Must possess a degree from recognized 2 or 4 year college

• · Experience in the audio visual or similar technical field is preferred

· Detail-oriented with demonstrated critical thinking skills

· Team player with a positive attitude

• · Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check

· QuickBooks and inventory management software experience is preferred
