Now our HR team are looking for a HR Data Analyst with experience with applicant tracking systems. Could this be a role for you?
About the role…
Working with the Senior Group HR Data Analyst, our Analyst will be responsible for ensuring accurate analysis of core HR data to provide efficient reporting of our people data. Reporting will be delivered through targeted HR metrics to enable internal colleagues to make key business decisions at an operating level.
Responsibilities include:
Compiling, structuring, and analysing all core data to draw conclusions that help streamline HR processes.
Supporting the continuous review of data in the People Portal HR system (Cornerstone) and becoming a proficient user to provide Group-wide support for maintaining and reporting on the data
Working with the HR Analysis team to ensure the system is configured and maintained for data and compensation needs.
Ensuring a continuous problem-solving mentality that works to improve processes at every opportunity.
Working to support the Senior HR Data Analyst with financial modelling in all areas of core data and reward data and be capable of offering recommendations/options off the back of this analysis.
Using PowerBI reporting and HR metric dashboards to assist in providing data to the business for decision-making purposes.
Who we’re looking for
As a proven Analyst, you’ll have strong Excel skills (pivot tables, Vlookups etc.) and a good knowledge of PowerBI. Our Analyst should have an analytical and questioning approach to data to make insightful recommendations. We’re a big company spread all over the world, so our new colleague will need great time management, communication skills, and the ability to connect with people from different cultures.
You should also be able to work with tough and disparate data sources and will ideally have experience with ATS like Cornerstone, or be willing to learn new systems.
