Meridian Hiring for Training Coordinator at Yeovil Full Time

If so, then this position as a Training Coordinator within the Aviation Safety Department is for you. It is a long term/ongoing temporary position paying £15.60 an hour.

As part of this position you are responsible for:
The scoping, planning and scheduling of 6 different Aviation Safety courses with the Training Academy for all Yeovil based and relevant offsite personnel

Following up with non-attending employees, to ensure their courses are rescheduled

Develop training material including Induction information to ensure staff are effectively briefed on Safety Protects and other Aviation Safety initiatives when they join the Company

To oversee course content and overall course policy

Maintain the material stock levels for the courses to ensure each session operates effectively

Daily engagement with HR and Training Academy (UK) and nominated training co-ordinators to ensure the effective operation of all courses

To update SAP and LMS training records for all attendees on the courses above, advising key functions of instances of non-attendance. You will also be required to carry out the following administrative tasks:

Ensuring all communication updates are distributed to the wider team

Planning safety communications

Providing posters and marketing materials

To prepare the slides and supportive paperwork for the quarterly Executive Safety Board (ESB) meetings, ensuring board level attendance, as well as issuing and following up on critical safety actions discussed and placed at these meetings

Manage and supervise the diary of the Head of Aviation Safety

Implement and uphold a logical filing system to maintain company records This position is two days working onsite and three days working from home. Whilst working onsite you will benefit from free parking, onsite shops and a canteen.
