As part of this position you will be providing a customer focused effective and proactive end-to-end recruitment service to allocated areas of the business and acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR Business Partners throughout the full recruitment process.
You will be required to provide expert advice and support on recruiting best practice, interview techniques and sourcing strategies as well as support Hiring Managers at interview.
You will need to use your experience to utilise all methods of candidate attraction tools and sources including but not limited to social media platforms, job boards, networking, employee referral and engage with Outsourced Managed Service Provider to execute recruitment administration and new starter process.
You will need to ensure an effective and positive candidate experience from attraction to onboarding.
To achieve the above you will need to demonstrate significant experience in the full recruitment cycle and a high level of proficiency in a variety of interview techniques, as a minimum competency based.
You will need to be prepared to travel on occasion either within the UK or short term Europe.
This opportunity is paying up to £18.20 depending on the level of skills and experience of the candidate. It is working a 37-hour week and flexi hours can be worked as long as the core hours of the business are worked. There may be the opportunity to do some home and office working. You will also benefit from free parking, a onsite canteen and shops.
