Meridian Hiring for Onsite Recruitment Coordinator at Heywood Full Time

Working Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm with some flexibility to work occasional nights for training purposes. Salary £24-25k pro rata dependent on experience plus 23 days annual leave pro rata.

As Onsite Recruitment Coordinator you will be the recruitment expert onsite supporting with interviews, and onboarding of temp, perm and fixed contract candidates. You will be the main point of contact for timesheet queries with their suppliers as well as booking shifts and interviews. In addition, all systems will need to be up-dated and compliance adhered to.

We are keen to hear from applicants with experience of recruiting and managing large numbers of temporary candidates ideally from an industrial background . You will have a full understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and ability to deliver with knowledge of working alongside 3rd party suppliers. Excellent communication skills are required, you will be a confident relationship builder and have strong planning and organization skills. MS Office skills are necessary for this role.
