This role will involve reviewing and delivering training courses along with reviewing training material to ensure a high standard of training is given to employees.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Review training material and deliver training courses
Design simplistic training material e.g. system navigation and common processes
Maintain and update any existing training material
Maintain the skills matrix
Liase with key stakeholders to identify gaps in training
Manage training plans
Support induction training to ensure a consistent approach
Essential Skills:
Knowledge of IAS PIP Processes
Experience of delivering training courses to both small and large groups
Good presentation skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office, word, Excel and Powerpoint
Dedicated delivery focus
Communication skills
Integrity
Personal Development
Flexibility Desirable Skills:
Experience in designing training courses
Familiarity with and the use of training techniques, methodologies and toolsets
Experience of developing training materials
Knowledge of IAS processes e.g. Complaints, Back Office, C&BS and Front Office
