We are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to support the HR team at one of our large, local clients based in Taunton, Somerset. This will be a key role in providing HR support and guidance to the organisation on areas in relation to recruitment and HR queries. You will be involved in a variety of HR projects as well as updating databases and following HR procedures.
We are seeking an HR Administrator who:
Has excellent communication and negotiation skills
Is able to support projects and chase up outstanding tasks
Can update databases and internal systems to ensure employee records are accurate
Has the ability to problem solve and investigate queries thoroughly and comprehensively.
You will be involved in multiple HR processes including employee records, minute taking for HR meetings, placing recruitment adverts and liaising with recruitment agencies, issuing HR contracts and new starter paperwork. This role will be busy, varied and hands on and you will learn a lot as you progress within the position.
You will need to be flexible to cover multiple different projects and be used to managing projects to deadlines.
Previous experience as a : HR Administrator, HR Assistant, Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Administrator, Resourcer, Administrator, Project Support Officer, Business Support Administrator, CIPD, Graduate, Admin Assistant, Administration Assistant would be a great benefit for this role.
An HR focused degree or Level 3 CIPD qualification would be a great asset for this role.
The role will be mostly based from home although there will be some requirement to go to the office for meetings.
This is on an ongoing temporary basis, initially until Autumn 2022.
Rate of pay is between £10.50 – £11.00 per hour depending on experience.
