Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with the HR Team to provide sound administration support including data input, supporting monthly payroll processes, generating documentation and processing employment changes.
Process the required HR documentation for all contractual changes and other relevant matters, maintaining accurate and up-to-date templates for precedents.
Ensure the HR system accurately reflects current people conditions – inputting starters and leavers, contractual amendments, change of details, annual leave and recording of absences.
Coordinate the onboarding of new starters into the business, liaising with internal contacts and delivering the HR induction session.
Take full ownership of the maintenance of individual people files and records.
Preferred Skills Required:
CIPD Level 5 HRM is highly desirable, or 3 years+ HR experience
Previous experience of working in a dynamic business in a similar role in HR and payroll
The ability to work in a hands-on operational capacity
Must be highly proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Excellent admin and organisational skills and the ability to work in a highly confidential environment. Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.00pm Mon-Fri
