Rainier Chem-Dry Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning has a Full Time position open for Customer Service Rep/Office Assistants/ Bookkeeping

If you want to learn some office skills in a smaller office environment, this might be the place to learn new skills.

This person will primarily be answering customer phone calls, explaining our services, quoting prices and scheduling appointments.
Some bookkeeping, data entry, dispatching, and filing.

The person we are looking for to join our office team must have the following skills:

Excellent phone voice and enjoy talking with customers on the phone.

Accuracy in spelling, math, and good hand writing.

Accurate keyboarding.

Computer knowledge.Microsoft Office experience – including Excel and Access, and Google Calendar.

Eager to work and display excellent attendance.

Must be dependable. Positive happy attitude, and be able to be self motivated.

Must speak excellent English.

Rainier Chem-Dry is a Non Smoking Company.

Hours of operation are Mon-Fri 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, some Saturday’s are required.

Must be flexible with your time, schedules will be determined at hiring.

Pay Rate: $18-$20 per hour, DOE.
