Part Time Human Resource Coordinator

· Approximately 16 Flexible Hours Per Week

· $25 – $40 an Hour Depending on Experience

· Work from Home (Some periodic onsite presence a plus)

Summary

We seek someone with strong written and verbal communication skills, a professional demeanor, and previous experience in recruiting, interviewing, and the hiring process. We seek someone who has a talent for designing, updating, developing, and posting job opportunities using social media, job boards, internal postings and other recruitment channels. There will be the occasional job fair and in-house recruitment event to attend. Resume screening, phone interviews, and providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers, reference checks and arranging background checks are core responsibilities.

Our largest facility with the greatest recruitment needs is in Webster, South Dakota which is in Northeastern South Dakota. Familiarity with NE SD while not necessary is a plus.

Other key job requirements involve the following;

• Understanding and communicating the company’s benefits
• Periodically updating Shop Talk the company’s electronic communications system
• Putting together the quarterly newsletter
• Administration of company referral programs
• Offer letters
• Other misc HR duties
