Overview:

Onboarding Specialists provide support to new hires from offer acceptance to their first day with Mercy. They assist in investigating problems and questions relating to pre-employment and onboarding components.

They are responsible for providing a seamless onboarding experience to new hires with:

• Knowledgeable communication of pre-employment requirements
• Coordination and verification of prehire compliance components
  • Criminal background check review
  • License and Certification Verification
  • Education Verification
• Other projects as required

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 year of customer service experience required
• Required Education: High School or equivalent required
• Preferred Education: Associates or Bachelors
• Certifications: HR certifications a plus (HR, SHRM-CP)
• Other: Exquisite attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills required
