Merchant Lynx Services, a 26 year old, leading Merchant Services Company, with over $3B in annual processing, located in beautiful Palm Beach Gardens, Florida is looking for a seasoned Corporate Recruiter to attract candidates to interview and hire the best and brightest employees.

A successful recruiter will work with department heads on a regular basis and proactively identify

future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and recruiting platforms.

Ultimately, the responsibility as Corporate Recruiter is to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Place and manage job board posts
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Pre-Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Work with Human Resources to Onboard new employees to become fully integrated
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

Skills

• Proven ability to find and attract incredible employees
• Ability to pre-screen candidates to present best candidates for the position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• 2 years minimum experience as a Recruiter / Headhunter

Remote Position:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,500.00 – $70,000.00 per year
