IT Business Consultant – Strategic Projects

Objective of the job:
To ensure the maintenance and implementation of enhancements and projects, relating to relevant applications and customer requirements specifically for the MBSA business unit.

To drive and maintain the IT strategy and landscape management for MBSA.

Assist Service Desk with Issue Resolution.

All tasks in compliance to the Company’s Culture Statement, Integrity & Anti Bribery Codes, Conflict of Interest Policy & S.H.E.Q. requirements and to perform delegated S.H.E.Q. tasks and duties & to inform superior about deviations.

Main :
Area accountability (demand, development, projects, support) Alignment with business partner expectation(s). Support must be within SLA

Product visionary, innovation and continuous improvement Business value-add using IT solutions

Testing, training & communication: Co-ordination of testing and training, related communication.

End-customer focus – All actions / intentions must be with end customer interest in mind.

Governance: FCPA and SOX Adherence and outcome of Audit Results Awareness implementation of DIS-F security goals.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
Automotive business- and systems processes

Knowledge of MBSA-specific applications and the Landscape 2025 IT landscape will be advantageous

Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in general IT technology and support

3 – 5 years’ experience functional knowledge or related experience

Working in an enterprise environment, supporting a complex integrated environment

Experience with Software Development Life-cycle

Experience with consulting in the Automotive space would be an added advantage

Qualifikationen

ITIL V3 (or higher) Foundation Certificate (advantageous)
