Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria Hiring for Accounting Clerk/Accounts Receivable Job at Alexandria, VA Full Time

Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria is looking for an experienced accounts receivable clerk. Must have at least 3 years of prior experience. Automotive experience is not required but knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds computer system is a positive.

• Receipt all incoming cash, checks, credit cards
• Post invoices
• Reconcile monthly statements
• Follow up on past due accounts
• Maintain service, parts and body shop receivables
• Provide vendor analysis for management to review
• Provide assistance to cashier office when needed
• Maintain accounting schedules that have been assigned

We are looking for a self-motivated employee who will improve our every growing dealership. This person needs to be able to work well with others as well as multi task. This person must be reliable and punctual and be able to work in a professional office setting.

This is a full time position Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We offer full benefits, medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid vacation and sick time.
