Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Australia Hiring for Human Resources Intern Job at Melbourne Full Time

• Support with HR company-wide communication, marketing and administration.
• Support with standard reporting requirements ensuring accurate, most up to date and useful data. This includes data quality reviews.
• Create relevant documents in an accurate manner ensuring timely approvals, distribution to relevant recipients and tracking.
• Support and learn the end to end recruitment and selection process, including advertisement writing, candidate screening, interviews and reference checking.
• Provide relevant HR guidance and support to the business.
• Manage the employee on-boarding and transition experience.

The skills we’re looking for:

• Qualifications in Human Resources are preferred or an equivalent tertiary qualification.
• Proven skills in identifying problems and use of good judgment and fact-based analysis to develop and deliver effective and efficient solutions.
• Someone who is passionate about creating a positive employee experience while partnering with the business to support our great place to work culture.
• Ability to identify and articulate the right set of problems, think through all possible solutions, and execute the most relevant one.
• Ability to work with agility in an ever-changing dynamic environment.
• Quick learner and self-starter.
• Ability to build relationships with varied stakeholders, across different teams and functions.
• Good interpersonal skills to collaborate and influence across teams and functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills in English.
