Aufgaben

The Role:
Working for Mercedes-Benz Australia in this full time, permanent role, you will become a brand ambassador and embody our reputation for service excellence and our care in providing flexible, innovative and tailor-made solutions.

In this position based at our head office in Mulgrave, Victoria, you will be working closely within our Financial Operations team, ensuring invoicing, accounts receivable and financial reporting is completed to a meticulously high standard and in line with both internal and external compliance requirements.

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Invoicing (Ensuring appropriate Revenue Recognition).
  • Accounts Receivable.
  • Internal control and governance.
  • Financial Reporting – KPIs & Ad Hoc
  • Guiding and mentoring staff in our Shared Service Centre in the Philippines.
  • Ability to liaise with delivery agents & customers to resolve queries.

Qualifikationen

What you will need to be successful:

  • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Outstanding organisation and time management.
  • Finance degree / qualification.
  • Experienced user of SAP / SWT.
  • Big 4 accounting backgrounds will be highly valued.
