The Role:

In this Mercedes-Benz Australia Head Office role, you will work within a small, supportive team providing effective and efficient administrative support including some status reports for safety recall topics, as well as, other dealership service topics. A strong blend of communication and administrative skills will see you take on a key function within the After-Sales department, ensuring our customers receive world-class support from Mercedes-Benz.

Key duties & responsibilities:

• Ensuring that the administration and record keeping for Safety Recalls and Dealership Service Topics for Mercedes-Benz passenger car vehicles are carried out in an efficient and timely manner;
• Assisting with administration and invoicing related to hardware and software topics including ensuring accurate recording;
• Coordinating recall mail outs to our impacted customers;
• Following up with relevant stakeholders in Head Office and/or Dealerships as required; and
• Providing reports and information to management and applicable government authorities.

What you will need to be successful:

• Strong oral and written communication skills in order to communicate effectively with management, government authorities and customers.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook is vital.
• Ability to learn new systems and foster good relationships quickly
• Any previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry or exposure to automotive systems would be highly valued.

This role is based at our Mulgrave Office, with opportunities to work from home. Please note this is a 12 month fixed-term contract, with payroll via a trusted third party.
