Executive Assistant – Real Estat

Your responsibilities will play an important role in clearing away distractions so that your team can focus on generating new business and closing sales. You love being an assistant, managing transactions, and taking ownership of your role. You belong in real estate, and in addition to being hardworking and diligent, you pride yourself on your commitment to ethics and integrity. Communication is your forte and as the first point of contact for clients you are calm under pressure and will ensure a top-notch experience (think Ritz-Carlton, Mercedes, Neiman Marcus, Disney, Nordstrom, Ferrari). You’ll have the ability to use your upbeat attitude and problem-solving skills as a tool to ensure each transaction runs smoothly.
THE ROLE
Support and Serve: In this role, you will provide an executive level of administrative support to leverage the team to a higher level. This includes but is not limited to phone and email management, calendar organization, task management, and keeping the team focused on key tasks. You will be the voice of the office directing all traffic and will provide notoriously impeccable service – time and time again.
Manage Deal Flow: In this role, you will handle the team’s transactions. Your responsibilities include scheduling vendors, ensuring all parties, including the sales agents, are advised of all timelines, and preparing property evaluations. You will prepare and process all disclosures, purchase agreements, representation agreements, LOI’s, counteroffers, due diligence, rent surveys, open escrow on all listing transactions, coordinate incoming offers, and support all sales agents. You will manage the CRM and own the entire pipeline for the team.
Additional Factors: You will be managing the team’s numbers and will be expected to contribute to team meetings. If there are problems, your ability to be proactive and stay ahead of the game will play a crucial role in your success. As our Agents bring on new listings and put more buyers under contract, you will keep all parties associated with the contract up-to-date and well informed. You will liaise with other interoffice staff and vendors for marketing and compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS
An active real estate license or a minimum of 2 years of real estate experience supporting a top-producing agent is required ● Exceptional organizational and project management skills ● Strong written and verbal communication skills ● Client and service focused ● Detail and task oriented ● Calm under pressure ● Technically savvy ● Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) ● Microsoft, GSuite, CRM, ● Contract writing is a plus

Pay: $55,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
