Menzies LLP Hiring for Talent Acquisition Administrator Job at Egham, England Full Time

We are now looking for a new addition to our HR team at Heathrow office in Egham – a Talent Acquisition Administrator.

The mission of the Menzies Talent Acquisition team is to help the Firm grow and scale by helping to identify, attract, and select the very best talent in the market. The Talent Administrator role is essential to support the business throughout the hiring process.

You will be an ambassador in the candidate experience, as the face of Menzies throughout their hiring process, ensuring that everyone has a fair and seamless experience with us. You will work directly with our HR team, taking responsibility for sourcing and onboarding our new Trainee apprentices.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

• Providing full recruitment administration support to the Talent Acquisition function
• Management of Trainee apprentice sourcing cycle which includes: collating candidates’ job applications, screening and psychometric test administration, scheduling phone and onsite interviews, video conferencing, handling post-offer administration and assisting with the on-boarding process for new starters
• Using standardised screening techniques, assessing the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates
• Diary coordination with various hiring and HR managers for interviews
• Keeping the Kallidus ATS system up to date as candidates progress through the recruitment process
• Fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
• Acting as point of contact for candidates on the progress of their application
• Reporting on weekly recruitment numbers to the Talent Acquisition Manager

Event and Career Fairs management:

• Supporting and coordinating candidate events such as assessment centres, on-campus activity, recruitment talks, visits and conferences and preparing materials and equipment for them
• Planning the Trainee induction alongside the Menzies Trainee Academy Team

Employer Branding:

• Managing external recruitment support platforms with posting and advertising positions
• Advertising new roles internally using internal communication channels
• Utilising social media platforms for attraction and advertising methods

Administration

• Creating and issuing employment paperwork including offer. letters and contracts of employment
• Maintaining and updating the internal recruitment folders
• Managing the recruitment/careers inbox and answering any external queries
• General administration support to the wider HR team, when required

The Person:

• Education to degree level or equivalent is essential, ideally in Human Resources Management or Psychology
• Some previous experience in an in-house recruitment administration or with an agency is desirable
• Genuine interest in the recruitment industry and its development is important
• CIPD and/or Recruitment and Employment Confederation qualifications are desirable
• Excellent current knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Pro-active and a quick learner
• Flexible and accepting of change
