Seeking a Self- Motivated, organized, innovative and detail oriented for a bookkeeping position at a highly creative design group with great clientele

Must be Proficient in Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

At least 5 yrs of high- level accounting experience to include payroll, quarterly reporting and preparing year end needs for accountant for tax purposes

Work with employee benefit companies and IRA

Receivables: Bill and work with clients on invoice inquiries. Cash management

Willing to learn DesignSmart Purchase order system

Ability to multi- task and effectively prioritize and manage time and workload

Approx. 25 hours a week

Pay $35/hr
