Mental Health Hub.link is a new digital start-up company, creating and building greater access of mental health support to consumers, along with sharing comprehensive mental health content and information.
We are looking for someone who has an interest in the mental health & wellbeing industry and is a quick learner. Someone who can think outside of the box to showcase or come up with ways to creatively market our hub.
We are passionate about connecting people seeking support to mental health professionals, and value an individual who can bring fresh perspective and innovative ideas to the table.
The current position is for a part-time/casual online Digital Content/Campaign Creator, but we also welcome freelancers to apply.
Requirements:
· Understanding of the Mental Health & Wellbeing Industry: Deep understanding of industry trends and terminology is advantageous
· Creative Marketing: Ability to think outside the box and creatively market our hub and work
· Social Media Savvy: Stay up-to date with social media trends and engage with our audience effectively
· Digital Marketing Specialist: Developing social media strategies, executing, and managing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and content marketing
· Initiative and Creativity: Proactive mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas independently
· Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to increase followers and engagement on social media platforms.
· Excellent Planning and Organisation Skills: Strong organizational skills with proficiency in content planners. Ability to plan ahead and align content with brand objectives
· Attention to Detail: Produce high-quality content with a keen eye for aesthetics
Responsibilities:
·  Development of social media advertising including Facebook, Instagram, Spotify and LinkedIn
·  Develop and implement content strategies to drive follower growth and increase engagement on social media platforms
·  Monitor and analyse performance metrics to optimize content strategy and achieve KPIs
·  Social media scheduling
·  Collaborate with the team to align content with brand objectives
Desired Skills:
·  Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator for creating visually appealing graphics and designs to complement social media content
·  Strong understanding of Google Ads, including the ability to set up and optimize campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
·  Experience in analyzing performance metrics and using data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies
·  Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment
·  Proven track record of achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving results through effective social media marketing campaigns
·  Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
