Mental Health Concern Hiring for Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Advisor – Remote working Job at Remote Full Time

This is an exciting time to be joining a People Team in a successful and growing organisation. We are committed to supporting our hiring managers through the full recruitment lifecycle from advert to induction.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner and working closely with the People Admin Team & recruiting managers, you will manage a broad range of vacancies at any one time with candidate applications from a range of sources and will require good co-ordination & exceptional organisation skills.
Responsibilities include:

• Create and post job adverts on websites and advertising platforms
• Coordinate shortlisting, interview invites & interview packs for managers
• Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates
• Actively source candidates from a range of recruitment platforms
• Make conditional job offers to successful candidates and complete pre-employment checks
• Work with the Talent Acquisition Partner in relation to sourcing candidates via agencies.
• Use the recruitment tracker to maintain accurate records of recruitment progress and activity

Having some In-house recruitment or talent acquisition experience across the care & not for profit sectors will be an advantage.

About you
We would love to hear from you if you possess the following:

• Experience working in a recruiting role, dealing, and managing volumes of recruitment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise tasks in a timely manner
• Can build rapport with recruiting managers and candidates with ease
• A quick learner who’s flexible and willing to help where needed
• Ability to work under pressure
• Able to work on own initiative and manage own workload
• Competent in using Microsoft Office; particularly Microsoft Excel & Word

This role is based out of our office in Seaton Burn, Newcastle upon Tyne, however it is possible to work fully remotely.
