Mental Health Concern Hiring for Talent Acquisition Partner Job at Newcastle upon Tyne, England Full Time

This is an exciting time to be joining a People Team in a successful and growing organisation. We are committed to supporting our hiring managers & candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle from advert to induction.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will deliver innovative recruitment methods to fill a range of vacancies including Clinicians (such as Nurses and Therapists), Support Workers, Graduates and Trainees, self-employed Affiliates, Leadership roles and support functions.
Responsibilities include:

• Devising proactive resourcing plans for services and teams including focused activity for hard to fill clinical roles.
• Manage our recruitment social media channels and LinkedIn Recruiter account.
• Work on initiatives to enhance our employer brand and implement new approaches to recruitment for example Apprenticeships.
• Manage all vacancies using our Vacancy Filler ATS and work with our People Admin team to ensure a seamless and exciting candidate journey.
• Deliver on recruitment projects such as Trainee recruitment for clinical roles.
• Report on recruitment KPIs and candidate insight (such as candidate diversity and candidate experience) and make recommendations accordingly.
• Manage our relationship with key recruitment agencies.
• Upskill managers to be proactive and forward thinking in their recruitment and to work at pace.
• Link with & attend job fairs, universities, and colleges to promote us as an employer and seek future talent.

About you
We would love to hear from you if you possess the following:

• Previous experience of delivering high volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience of working with social media channels and groups, and an understanding of employer branding.
• Experience of planning over short- medium- and long-term timeframes and adjusting plans accordingly.
• Experience in demonstrating sound judgement and astuteness in identifying issues across diverse interest groups and common sense in knowing when to escalate.
• Understanding of recruitment practices and the employment law surrounding these.
• Understanding of national workforce shortage issues.
• CIPD qualification is desirable.
• Experience of working within healthcare is desirable.
