The Opportunity: We’re looking for an focused, dynamic individual to assist with admin related tasks that support our growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for data entry, communicating with customers, AR, AP, billing and admin related tasks. Previous customer service and administrative experience would be considered an asset. You must be willing to go above and beyond for our customers, have a ‘can-do’ attitude, and be reliable when it comes to completing day-to-day work. You will need to be computer literate and will be required to make multiple daytime phone calls to facilitate payment of bills and collection of data for payroll.

· Positive demeanor, energetic and outgoing

· Ability to project a professional, confident and welcoming first impression over the phone

· Multitasking and prioritizing tasks efficiently

· Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing

Hours:

Monday-Friday – 8am – 4:30pm

Salary:

You will earn an hourly wage of $18/hour.
