MANAGER, TALENT ACQUISITION

The essential job responsibilities of the Manager, Talent Acquisition are to plan, organize, manage and control the overall operations of the Talent Acquisition functions to include recruitment/selection and placement; manage and oversee HR personnel, determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts; prepare and monitor department contracts and expenditures; develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for workforce retention and to retain top talent; identify and hire the best talent to fill specific roles in the Division. Responsible for determining staffing needs, develop hiring strategies, lead employment branding initiatives, sourcing candidates and ensure positive candidate experiences. Manage and oversee the Intern/Co-Op program, University Relations, and career fairs.

Qualification Requirements:

Manager, Talent Acquisition role requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

Master’s degree preferred.

• Must have 6 years of Talent Acquisition professional-level experience in Human

Resources

• Must have 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience
• Professional accreditation as a Senior Professional Human Resources preferred
• Must successfully complete NIMS training within 1 year of entering job
• Must have a valid driver’s license from state of residence

Physical Working Conditions:

• Works in office under good conditions.
• Requires sedentary work involving standing or walking for brief periods, exerting up to 10 pounds of force on a regular basis and some dexterity in operating office equipment.
• The position requires normal visual acuity and field vision, hearing and speaking abilities.

Pay: $117,936.00 – $176,883.20 per year
