Join our highly productive marketing team in the role of the Digital Marketing & Analytics Specialist. Help the organization continue to meet healthcare consumers in their patient journey through digital channels. Research, recommend, implement, and measure digital marketing strategies and technologies to drive service line growth, brand awareness, and patient loyalty. Conduct online brand reputation management by monitoring and responding to consumer reviews. Implement and monitor email automation campaigns to generate consumer engagement. Add value to marketing strategies through internal and external data analytics, measurement of key performance indicators, and the ing of actionable consumer insights. Collaborate with Marketing team using data and consumer trends to optimize branding, content, messaging, advertising, and communications.
Research, recommend, implement, and measure digital marketing strategies and tactics as defined by a MCA’s (marketing, communication, and advertising plan) goals and objectives. Leverage digital marketing assets for short and long-term success. Collaborate with Marketing team members for MCA strategy and ing. Create and manage digital production schedules based upon identified content, campaign, and service line needs. Ensure brand adherence and consistency. Research, strategize, recommend, implement, and measure cost-effective marketing technologies across healthcare consumer lifecycle to drive service line growth, audience growth, brand loyalty and patient revenue for Memorial Health and its business entities. Develop, execute, and monitor email automation platform, email campaigns, and campaign lists for optimized consumer engagement, while maintaining HIPAA standards and compliance. Keep Marketing team informed of ever-changing digital standards and trends that impact consumer engagement and the patient journey. Work with other Marketing team members to develop basic understanding of new marketing technologies, applications, and benefits. Conduct brand reputation management by monitoring and responding to reviews within consumer feedback platform and other third-party sites. Inform impacted department managers and Patient Experience of positive and negative occurrences and respond according to manager and/or Patient Experience direction and organizational brand voice. Collaborate with Risk and Patient Experience departments to ensure HIPAA and other compliance standards are met, maintained, and evaluated with the response process. Complete reputation review requesting tasks for employed provider base and of key performance indicators to Marketing Director and practice managers. Ensure and update accurate organizational information digitally through various channels. Conduct data analytics and ROI s from digital platforms and implemented technologies. data, findings, and actionable consumer insights to the Marketing team for integration and optimization in all functions of department. Collaboration will optimize branding, content, messaging, communications, advertising, and community and provider outreach efforts in every step of the consumer/patient journey. on key performance indicators within platforms, technologies, campaigns, and industry markets to sharpen strategies, tactics, and messaging. Collaborate with Business Development Analytics team, as needed, to maximize MCA development. Work with Information Technologies, Risk, Patient Experience, and Medical Records departments to ensure HIPAA and other compliance standards are met, maintained, and evaluated within digital marketing technologies and tactics. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, marketing, information technology, or related field; five years of experience in marketing technology or digital marketing; experience in healthcare setting is appreciated, but not required; desire to write digital content is appreciated, but not required.
