Accounts Payable Officer

  • Based at Jane Bell House North Melbourne

  • Working in a high volume fast paced environment

  • Full Time ongoing with ADO per month
The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for the end to end AP function across the group whilst providing quality services to internal and external stakeholders within a Financial Shared Services environment. This position reports to the Accounts Payable Manager in a high volume and fast paced accounts payable services environment.

Your New Role:
  • Timely and accurate processing of suppliers invoices using Oracle Financials within KPI’s and Service Level agreements
  • Reconciling complex suppliers accounts
  • Responding to suppliers inquiries in a timely & efficient manner
  • Maintaining the Vendor Masterfile and updates in conjunction with bank account compliance

About You:
  • Knowledge of accounting systems in the PTP sphere with a minimum of 5 + years experience working with Oracle Financials (R12) ERP system
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office
  • Able to operate in a fast paced environment and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Capacity to produce work of high quality and accuracy within KPI’s
  • enjoy working as part of a dynamic team and display a strong and professional work ethic
