We currently have an exciting new opportunity for an HR Coordinator to join our People Experience (PX) team. The PX Coordinator will work collaboratively with the PX team to provide support, coordination and administration to deliver a full range of PX Services.

This position will deliver a range of HR services and administration to management and employees across the company, including recruitment and selection, PX generalist activities and reporting, PX projects, PX cyclical activities, and supporting the PX Business Partners and the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Key responsibilities will include:

Talent Acquisition

• Supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager and assisting with the end to end coordination and administration of recruitment and selection activities
• Manage and process candidates through the Live Hire system, including, the creation of jobs, moving candidates through the process and providing updates where required
• Initial phone screening of applications
• Schedule and coordinate interviews together with the leaders of the business and potential candidates
• Preparation and distribution of offer letters and initial set-up for the onboarding of new hires
• Manage new starter documentation and ensure employee records and folders are updated and filed
• Talent Mapping – Utilising LinkedIn to research and source talent from word searches and selecting a suitable shortlist of candidates for available positions.
• Candidate Management – Manage and coordinate applications and communication, including gathering and consolidating candidate feedback from interviewers

HR/People Experience

• Supporting PX Business Partners and providing assistance to all employees on employment-related matters, including leave management and interpretations of the APAC Enterprise Agreement, Policies and Procedures
• Maintain the PX files, templates and ensure all PX information is accurately processed, filed, stored and easily retrieved
• Maintaining employee records in both hard and digital copies and ensuring all employment requirements are met
• Assisting PX Business Partners with the administration activities relating to the PX cyclical activities, including performance review, talent and remuneration review etc.
• Assist with HR reporting and analysis as required
• Preparing and issuing employee letters including variation letters, salary increases, probation completions, resignation, performance letters etc.
• Supporting and assisting with PX projects as required
• Participate and coordinate the annual calendar of events for people and cultural initiatives.
• Assist with any return to work coordination and Workcover queries
• Coordinate any information required for salary continuance claims where relevant

The successful candidate will have:

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g. Human Resources; Industrial Relations; Business; Management) or the equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated background in a HR/Recruitment Coordinator role
• HR administration experience along with a strong desire to build a progressive career in the profession
• Motivated, passionate and strong values around collaboration
• Builds strong relationships and rapport with stakeholders and team members
