Megger Hiring for HR Administrator at Dover Full Time

The successful candidate must have previous experience working within a HR environment as either; HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, Recruiter or similar. You will be skilled in all areas of generalist HR Administration and preferably will have experience supporting and even leading some projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled administrator. This varied role would suit someone who is passionate about delivering HR excellence, who will be able to proactively support our HR team to move forward exciting HR and talent management initiatives.

The key responsibilities include;

Supporting HR initiatives with high level of co-ordination and capability

Providing administrative and project support within the HR team

Contribute to the successful delivery of Megger’s HR function through supporting and reflecting the organisation’s core values, aims and objectives

Liaising across the business with key stakeholders, including US, Germany and Sweden, (a 2nd language to English unnecessary).
