Megastar Advisors LLC Hiring for Project Manager – Marketing Full Time

Megastar Advisors is an Insurance Marketing Organization (IMO). We specialize in designing and implementing digital marketing programs for top financial advisors around the country. We’re looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Build and manage project timelines for new projects, working with department leads, internal teams, and clients/financial advisors as needed
• Understand project goals and key performance metrics to ensure that we meet or exceed those goals at the delivery of the project
• Communication with management, creative, digital strategy, and development teams, ensuring all members are on board and timely with delegated tasks and deadlines are met
• Communicate directly with clients/financial advisors to fact-find for desired marketing requests
• Set up project environments to enable project workflow, timeline, document repositories
• Meticulously proof every piece of collateral before it is sent out, ensuring that compliance disclosures are included, and client branding and goals are being executed properly

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, public relations, communications, or related field preferred
• Experience in project management – preferably at an advertising or marketing agency
• Upbeat, positive, resourceful self-starter with “can-do” attitude
• Confident, tactful, diplomatic, and collaborative – must enjoy interacting with department managers, co-workers, and clients
• Must be versatile and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Tech-savvy, proficient in social media, and willingness to learn new systems quickly
• Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
• Fluency in Microsoft office suite (Outlook Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
