Megastar Advisors Hiring for Digital Marketer at Tarpon Springs, FL Full Time

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a professional with at least 2-5 years of experience in the digital marketing field and a passion for data-driven solutions. The successful candidate will develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media campaigns.
• Measure and performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights; optimize spend and performance.
• Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
• Create high-quality written content for various digital channels.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of proven working experience in digital marketing, specifically in the fields of email marketing, social media marketing, and content writing.
• Highly organized with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Facebook, Google Analytics).
• Some HTML Experience for editing emails is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Excellent writing, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.

Salary:

The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $70,000 and is determined by the candidate’s work experience.
