As a result of our ongoing growth, we’re now looking for a Social Media Assistant to join our Megaphone Marketing team within our agency.

The Role

As a Social Media Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our digital marketing efforts. You will be responsible for crafting and executing social media content that engages our target audience on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Your creative and strategic input will be crucial to help us grow our online community and brand awareness. A sub-goal of this role is to generate leads from your content. You would work across both Megaphone’s social accounts and Laurens, Megaphone’s CEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing visually appealing and engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn that aligns with our broader branding strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices on each platform and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Manage content calendars and schedule posts across various social media platforms using social media management tools.
• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms responding promptly.
• Regularly track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

About you:

• Proven performance running a TikTok channel.
• Experience in creative concept development.
