ABOUT MAX HERTAN:

Max Hertan (me!) is currently building a brand new YouTube channel focused on Systems that achieve your goals faster and easier.

I started one of Australia’s largest digital agencies (Megaphone) and grew it to 150 employees and launched in the UK & USA. I more recently started a few more 7 figure companies (Argie, Alto Studios, Spotlight) and now I want to go ALL IN to making content. My 10+ year mission is to incubate companies with my audience that can change the world.

HERE’S HOW YOU COME IN:

To build an amazing online presence, I need someone alongside me to support me in content creation. 

Your primary task will be to identify novel and game-changing ideas that align within my niche. To excel in this role, you need to be intimately familiar with the work of thought leaders like James Clear, Rian Doris, and Mark Manson. You’ll be the guardian of originality, ensuring that our content always breaks new ground.

IF YOU POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES, THEN YOU’RE EXACTLY WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

You actively seek fresh and groundbreaking ideas.

You know Max’s niche well (Productivity/Systems) and stay updated with thought leaders.

You understand the principles of engaging content.

Strong research skills to find life-changing knowledge.

You’re both creative and dependable, meeting deadlines consistently.

You can work independently in a remote setting.

You take initiative and get things done quickly.

Proficient in English as a native speaker or as a bilingual professional.

Bonus Skills: Knowledge in entrepreneurship and self-development is a plus. Who’s your favorite influencer in this area?

WHEN THE MAGIC HAPPENS:

The typical work schedule is Monday – Friday, with schedule flexibility. Will be discussed in depth during the interview.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:

Your role involves uncovering novel ideas that can be turned into a video. 

Work closely with Max Hertan in brainstorming sessions to develop compelling video ideas.

Read research, book summaries, books and scan for great content.

Build out research packs for our writers identifying a structure for scripts and content
