About The Role

We have an opportunity for an expert Marketing Lead to own our Digital Marketing Strategy. This will include concept creation, overseeing execution & reviewing results to make continuous improvements in the evolving digital marketing landscape.

Your role will include strategising, leading & managing the monthly budget across our paid media outreach. You will be conceptualizing cold email outreach, Meta, Google & LinkedIn adverts that are aligned with our values, vision & service offering so that we continue to be represented as the leading digital marketing agency in Australia.

We have our own personal Instagram, TikTok, Meta & LinkedIn accounts that we require you to create strategies for to grow our following & deliver key messages to potential clients.

We have a large focus on being thought leaders in the space so you will be responsible for generating documents and lead-generation incentives to encourage leads.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in Marketing and Sales, strong knowledge across social platforms and successful management experience.

• 5 years + Digital Marketing experience for a business with a service offering.
• 1-2 years + leadership experience.
• Able to collaborate with other departments.
• Have worked within an organisation of around or over 100 staff.
