About The Role

We have an opportunity for an expert Marketing Lead to lead a team who are in charge of Megaphone’s own marketing efforts across paid & traditional channels.

We are very proud of what we do as a business & want to continue to help other businesses grow. You will be conceptualizing cold email outreach as well as Meta, Google & LinkedIn adverts that are aligned with our values, vision & service offering so that we continue to be represented as the leading digital marketing agency in Australia.

Your role will include strategising, leading a team & managing the monthly budget across our paid media outreach.

We have our own personal Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & LinkedIn accounts that we require you to create strategies for to grow our following & deliver key messages to potential clients.

We have a large focus on being thought leaders in the space so you will be responsible for generating documents and lead-generation incentives to encourage leads.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in lead generation Marketing, strong knowledge across social platforms and successful people leadership experience.

• 3 years + of digital marketing experience.
• 2 years + leadership experience.
• Lead generation marketing expertise.
• Able to collaborate with other departments.
