The Role

The aim of this role is to generate quality leads for our Digital Strategy team to do 100 relevant pitches a month.

To achieve the above the role involves planning lead generation functions from paid & organic media, events, partnerships, referrals & more. This includes the development of collateral, pitches and promotional material.

You will ensure what we present to potential clients in our advertising matches our sales process and our service offering.

This will involve managing the monthly budget across our paid media outreach. Including cold email outreach, Meta, Google & LinkedIn adverts.

We have our own personal Instagram, TikTok, Meta & LinkedIn accounts that we require you to create strategies for to grow our following & deliver key messages to potential clients.

We have a large focus on being thought leaders in the space so you will generate documents and lead-generation incentives to encourage leads. This will be aligned with our overall offering and what we deliver to clients, for example, ebook’s.

About You

The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced B2B marketing professional who has experience in building strategy, leading a team & working in a small to mid-size business:

• 4 + years of experience in media buying.
• 2 + years of high-level marketing strategy.
• Data & KPi focused marketing experience.
• Traditional Marketing expertise.
• Team leadership, including weekly 1.1 performance catch-ups & holding inspiring team meetings.
• Highly creative.
• Can-do attitude.
