Salary: £56,164 – £65,262 per annum/pro rata

We are recruiting for a Head of Resourcing who shares our ambition and vision to deliver the Best of Care by the Best People to ensure that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff.

As a Head of Resourcing, you will provide leadership and support to the resourcing team, to encourage creative and innovative approaches across all attraction and recruitment practices that meet the Trust’s current and future workforce needs.
