We are actively seeking a dedicated Logistics Manager to join our Global Freight Audit Pay team, situated in Minneapolis, MN.

A Day in the Life

The Logistics Manager position operates within a matrixed organizational framework, with direct ing to the Senior Finance Manager responsible for leading the Global Freight Audit team.

Success in this role necessitates a combination of strong leadership, analytical acumen, effective communication, and adept stakeholder engagement to deliver anticipated results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This role extends comprehensive management support for logistics initiatives and freight audit payment requirements, exerting influence to encourage the adoption of our supply chain policies and strategies.

Position responsibilities

• Lead audit management (global audit accuracy, invoice timeliness, contract compliance, review KPIs) and supervise team of analysts.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to team members.
• Identify and evaluate logistics service or cost improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and develop solutions.
• Drive cross functional collaboration on conformance to the global freight policy; leveraging global scale to drive process improvements and cost savings.
• Develop and manage related SOWs and SOPs Freight Audit, Payment, & Global ing
• Manage relationships between both internal and external partners (e.g., Medtronic Finance, Global Freight Audit company, and transportation partners)
• Drive cross functional collaboration on conformance to global invoicing and freight allocation best practices.
• Identify and lead continuous process improvement opportunities to be best-in-class; develop and manage related SOPs.

Must Have : Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
