You will report directly to the Hemorrhagic Franchise Marketing Director.
As the Global Training and Education Program Manager, your focus will be the medical education needs of the Neurovascular team Outside the United States. You will coordinate and deliver training and education programs aligned with the educational needs of physicians to drive clinical skills, therapy development and to advance patient care globally. In this highly collaborative role you will work in tandem with regional team members and physician faculty on the creation of technical training materials and the planning and execution of educational events.

A Day in the Life
Coordinate and deliver customer training and education programs outside the US that drive clinical skills, therapy development and advance patient care.
Partner with meeting planners to coordinate seamless execution of logistical details. Provide on-site support to ensure positive faculty and customer experiences, flawless logistics and appropriate business conduct compliance.
Cultivate positive, effective relationships with HCPs and internal business partners that drive business results and advance therapy.
Have in-depth understanding of and maintain compliance to business conduct and medical education event compliance policies, processes and required documentation.
Engage in continuous learning within the therapeutic area in order to be a reliable, trusted resource of accurate, up-to-date medical and scientific knowledge. Also engage in continuous learning on adult education curriculum design and delivery methods.
Promote medical education programs / resources to internal and external stakeholders and customers.
Demonstrate proficiency with and ability to learn standard and custom software programs (MS Office Suite, iPad Apps, SFDC, etc.) specifically geared toward project management, curriculum development and compliance activities.
Responsible for content / document review and approval process, which requires understanding of and adherence to mandatory guidelines and work instructions that maintain compliance in our regulated industry.
Maintain general project management tracking for program activities relevant to compliance, logistics, budget, metrics and general customer engagement.
Provides exceptional customer service when communicating with physician faculty and attendees.
Demonstrates willingness to build and maintain positive relationships with a diverse set of peers and colleagues across organizational levels to include Sales and global business partners.
Works independently but with direction from team manager, regional, and functional or therapy experts.
Continually seeks out and participates in self-development activities.
Performs other duties as requested/assigned.
Ability to travel approximately 40%
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
To be considered, these minimum qualifications must be clearly evident on your resume:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years clinical, technical, marketing, education or sales roles in medical device or pharmaceuticals or Masters degree and a minimum of 3 years
Experience working with training program development, coordination and/or execution
Nice to Have
Neurovascular experience and therapy knowledge
Experience developing, planning, and facilitating clinical education
Learn and maintain knowledge of procedural techniques, clinical information and device features / benefits
Create new and innovative educational resources that meet customer and market needs
Understand geographical nuances relative to physician specialties, therapy access and market demands
Travel as needed
Understand fundamentals of adult education
Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills
Provide outstanding customer service
Work independently, self-manage priorities and multitask
