As an HR Generalist at Medsphere you will be responsible for supporting the execution of people strategies, responding to day-to-day HR activities in the organization, and being an active team member in the HR department. You will have an opportunity to work in many parts of HR including working together with our in-house recruiter in executing talent management strategies to deliver results across the organization. You will get to work with a small but highly connected team who loves working together to help foster the great culture at Medsphere

As an HR Generalist at Medsphere*, you’ll get to:

• Provide consultation/support on people and organizational issues: collectively, directly and through organization leadership, leveraging resources, establishing action plans to meet objectives;
• Actively participate with, and influence leadership teams; ensure that change and transformation plans are established and effectively executed;
• Identify and implement strategies which improve employee engagement;
• Participate in generating, interpreting, and presenting climate survey results. Develop action plans based on results.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify organization needs and opportunities.
• Proactively partner with team leaders to identify L&D needs. Address succession planning strategies.
• Support both exempt and nonexempt employee population.
• As needed provide support to staffing efforts.

Ideal Background and Expertise:

• Minimum 5-7 years broad Human Resources generalist experience
• High level of comfort with most HR disciplines (employee relations, compensation, benefits, 401(k); leave management, performance management, employee development, able to assist with talent acquisition).
• Proven ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization (line to executive)Understanding of federal and state employment laws.
• Previous experience with M&As is beneficial, but not required.
• Experience with an HRIS, preferably Workforce Now, is required
• Proven ability to offer solutions to complex issues.
• Strong business orientation; experience helping to drive change
• Demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions for complex situations in a fast-changing environment
