Summary Description:

This role is a critical member of the HR talent team and will help shape hiring strategy, delivering an exceptional candidate experience. A highly motivated problem solver that is ready and able to use outstanding people skills to develop lasting relationships with our internal stakeholders, hiring managers and candidates. This individual can seamlessly deliver and achieve results in a dynamic fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. Solid understanding of full cycle recruitment processes.

What you will be doing as a Talent Acquisition Partner:

• Own the candidate experience from start to end and ensuring an exceptional experience: understanding candidate goals and needs, qualifying their competency and MedSpeed culture fit, managing the feedback loop, and coordinating an expedient and seamless interview process
• Partner with the Dir of Talent to craft and execute creative strategic plans for sourcing quality diverse talent for all exempt level roles
• Partner closely with other members of HR and Hiring Manager to deliver a positive candidate experience regardless of the outcome
• Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
• Screen and interview candidates while providing feedback to hiring managers on candidate interviews
• Provide complete, accurate, information to candidates about the company and position
• Partner closely with hiring managers to prioritize hiring needs and build a seamless interview process that ensures we meet our hiring goals and attract top talent
• Manage scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Proactively source candidates through online channels and networking
• Occasionally support hourly recruitment for new market openings
• Build and nurture a collaborative MedSpeed team culture
• Other tasks as assigned

What you need to become a Talent Acquisition Partner at MedSpeed:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with minimum 5-7 years of overall high-volume recruiting experience, with increasing responsibility and career progression
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• A clear and effective communication style, and the ability to tailor your message to different audiences
• A candidate-centric attitude and drive to provide incredible experiences for every person we interact with
• Service minded a must, teamwork driven and be able to multitask with rapid change. Emphasis on a collaborative work style
• Must possess strong time management skills, ability to prioritize and work with a sense of urgency at all times
• Commitment to results and solutions oriented
• Ability to work with a high level of autonomy, in a virtual setting with the ability to consistently meet hiring goals and requirements
• Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, experience with Applicant Tracking Systems specifically, Jobvite a plus
